Description

This six-week experience consists of inpatient and ambulatory components to provide students with the opportunity to participate in the evaluation and care of female patients with obstetric and gynecological conditions. The focus will be on the development of clinical skills, including: conducting a focused medical interview and physical examination, documenting and communicating findings to the medical team, clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis, generation of treatment plan, and assessment of acute and emergent obstetric and gynecological conditions.
