Maintenance of Matriculation

Medical students who are not enrolled in courses but are completing final degree requirements must pay a Maintenance of Matriculation fee per the City University of New York (CUNY). This maintains your active status and ensures uninterrupted access to University facilities. This fee is mandatory for all students in their final semester(s) of study and is non-waivable.

Before pursuing this option, students are encouraged to discuss Maintenance of Matriculation with their academic advisor. Once confirmed, please complete the required form and email it to the CUNY School of Medicine Office of the Registrar.
